What's new...
Gemini is now out in its entirety exclusively on Bandcamp!
The second track "Feeling Good Today" from Gemini is released on all streaming platforms. My latest energetic release is an uplifting happy vibe to this instrumental. Piano accompaniment with a full rock band provides a lighthearted motivation to those days that we find, we are just feeling good. This track will find a good home on those “get up and get going” playlists.
Gemini is my third progressive rock album. The album in full will be released on Bandcamp soon while single releases on all other platforms will be strung out through 2026.
My music creation took a big hit..., but only at first. Like so many recovering cancer patients, I reverted to activities that make life worth living. I buried myself in the studio on the good and bad days. I decided to release these tracks as a compilation called Gemini.
The first track "What did you say, What did you mean" musically addressing the gap between language and intention, and the emotional weight of being misunderstood.
Taking a small detour from my last few moody piano pieces. Gemini is a blend of a full hard rock band with a natural piano taking the lead to a more epic movie themed tracks. All the tracks take on their own identity and emotional feel. So much fun making this album, but I can feel more moody piano pieces brewing in the background.
Latest Releases
"Distant Hope"
Surrounded and inundated with negativity for the future, I took a more positive outlook with this track. The melody lifts and creates a mood of celebration for the future. This song is for celebration of joyous events.
"Our Woodland Home"
This is my first venture into the land of Lo-fi. This track started as a piano and strings piece created for Taxi Music services. Being an active participant in the Threads Musical community has vastly increased my listening universe and Lo-fi Chill music has nestled its chilly vibe into me. “Our Woodland Home” was created with Northern Michigan homes in mind, such as my own. The music mimics an evening stroll on gentle trails around these properties.
"Lonely in the City"
Excited to release this track as I have change my piano eq. By not having guitar, bass and drums, I able to experiment with some new piano tones that have a little less energy and more emotional feel to it.
This track is another Taxi return that was not a good fit for their customers. There will be more of these coming!
